REPUBLIC F-84G Thunderjet

A Heller F-84G in a typical 50's paint scheme.
This was the first jet ordered in large numbers by USAF and was supplied to allies overseas.

The Thunderjet was also the first TAC fighter capable of delivering a nuclear weapon - and surviving.
 
Another Heller kit in Thunderbird markings. The F-84G was the first aircraft used by the Thunderbirds. This one looks a bit worse for wear after sitting in a box for a couple of years.
