GRUMMAN XP-65 TIGERCAT

The XP-65 was proposed by Grumman as an improved version of the XP-50.
An F7F-1 was tested by the Army Air Force and is generally considered to be the XP-65, though a land version would have had many differences from the standard naval version.

This is the Aoshima kit, which is the correct body and tail. The engine cowls are pretty funky and either need to be reworked as I did or replaced.
